From the years you are carrying
the burden of pain, guilt, regret,
tease, harsh word, a broken relationship,
You held them tight, you forgot to let it go,
all this clutter weighing you down and down.
Dear, don’t accumulate this dead stuff
let the feelings flow through you
you become lighter with each passing day
you can touch the sky in your higher self
you can go deep into the unfathomable ocean.
One day you will be amazed by realizing
The Newest Unfolds of Life…
